Hide eMsg from Command Spy

If /msg is hidden, why should emsg not be? You can use socialspy to see it anyways.

I think it would be beneficial for bots to use emsg as it is less floody for the end user & it's generally a way nicer format .

I already suggested changing the NetworkManager msg format but it seems it is not possible.

/msg isn't hidden on purpose, it's sent to the Bungee server so it's managed by a different permission system (NetworkManager).

Ryan has started giving some global staff commands to deal with the recent raiders, for example cross server chat can now be spied by certain people (I think hub mods and sysadmins). All players should also be able to /ignore abusers now.

Anyway, /socialspy is enabled for me but it never worked, so it definitely needs to be looked at.

Denied - As stated /msg not showing to admins is a limitation due to TFM and NM not talking to each other yet, not an intentional design decision.
