Alright, so here's what I want to do. I want to install Windows 7 onto my gaming computer so that I could dual-boot it with my Windows 10 installation. I know it's possible to boot into the setup but it won't accept any USB inputs.
How do I get it to accept my USB inputs so that I can actually install the OS?

You need an installation image that has the correct USB drivers integrated. Normally this is guaranteed, but as I'm sure you know, this kind of maintenance is no longer being done for Windows 7.
