With the recent spamming, I think it's appropriate to allow all admins to be able to do their admin duties on the hub as well. If they can ban or mute players on the freedom servers, I don't see why they can't do so on the hub.
Make it so that all admins can do admin duties (such as ban or mute) on the hub.

We haven't assign anyone to groups in Hubs as they don't use TFM.
For those who aren't aware, I'm working on integrating an API into TFM to determine ranks and punishments. I have only just started researching a few days ago.
