are not in line with the code of conduct ATLAS Media Group LTD requires all persons to adhere to. After a lengthy review by the Domestic Media Committee has ruled that the views expressed in the aforementioned communique will encourage violence and dissent from state sanctioned principles, including the concept of fulfilling civic duty through worship of Supreme Leader Wild and his delegates.
This notice shall also act as a summons requiring you to appear before the Executive Council in two days time, March 6th, 2021, at 10:30 AM AMT (ATLAS Media Time). The minimum sentence for a guilty verdict of this charge (Incitement of anti-state sentiment and violence) is mandatory reeducation at a designated reeducation facility (such as Adminworld) for five minutes, administered by a state-approved educator, the list of which current includes venomsx and Lyicx.
The maximum sentence for a guilty verdict of this charge (Incitement of anti-state sentiment and violence) is execution. The defendant will be given the option to select the method of execution, and will be given the options of:
-Execution by /doom firing squad
-Execution by desuper-drop-into-void-in-gmsp-with-fly-disabled-and-commands-blocked protocol.
ATLAS Media Group LTD is offering two non-negotiable plea deals to the defendant. The terms of the first plea deal would allow for a sentence of indefinite banishment from state territory, with chance to appeal at a future time. There are two conditions included in the plea deal, listed as follows:
-The defendant will plead guilty to the charge
-The defendant will publicly apologize for their actions. This can be done through a thread posted on the state-run online forum, OR an electronic video that begins with the defendant walking into view, sitting on a couch, clasping their hands together, exhaling loudly, and speaking the words "This isn't a video I ever thought I'd have to make," in that order.
The second plea deal will allow the case Tozzit v ATLAS Media Group LTD to be dismissed if the defendant responds to this summons with a response that gains five or more likes within fourty-eight (48) hours.
